When you've reached the number of points needed for a specific prize, stop by any
Customer Service Kiosk located on the 2nd, 3rd or 5th floors. Once you've cashed
in, your total is adjusted accordingly.
OTB locations are unable to
redeem point transactions at this time - must visit Emerald Downs.
